This role involves creating comprehensive training modules and managing the entire lifecycle of our courses aimed at enhancing the skills of our internal team and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training modules and courses tailored to various digital marketing disciplines.
- Coordinate and manage training schedules, resources, and logistics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing experts and external instructors to ensure up-to-date and relevant content.
- Manage the training budget and negotiate contracts with vendors and freelancers.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both online and in-person.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees and monitor their progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Training Manager, Course Developer, or a similar role in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
