- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages ideas and optimize user experience.
- Keep abreast with emerging technologies.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
- Can work as a branding strategist as per client requirements.
- Should have experience in using Project Management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp etc.
- Make sure the team members are on good terms with each other and distribute the workload as evenly as possible.
- Work with team leaders and members to manage and monitor graphic designers, writers so deadlines are met.
Daily Tasks
- Handle and assign tasks to the team, ensuring that all objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare necessary documentation and reports, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and performance.
- Prepare and handle daily, monthly, and strategic reports to track team performance and progress towards achieving company goals.
- Organize meetings and lead discussions on strategies within the team, working to continuously improve team performance and achieve company goals.
- Communicate with clients through various channels to understand their requirements and deliver the desired output.
- Review and check for social media contents and blog posts written by the team and also check for compatibility with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Draft client proposals, client reports, monthly reports, ad reports and other documents as needed.
- Sometimes, help the writers and designers in the design and writing process so the clients are satisfied with the outcome.
