Training Course Manager

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Training Course Manager to develop and manage our digital marketing training programs. This role involves creating comprehensive training modules and managing the entire lifecycle of our courses aimed at enhancing the skills of our internal team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training modules and courses tailored to various digital marketing disciplines.
  • Coordinate and manage training schedules, resources, and logistics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing experts and external instructors to ensure up-to-date and relevant content.
  • Manage the training budget and negotiate contracts with vendors and freelancers.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both online and in-person.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees and monitor their progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Training Manager, Course Developer, or a similar role in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
